Qualifications

• Eight+ years in a leadership role within hospitality or corporate real estate, preferably luxury brands.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality.
• Proven track record in hotel operations management including rooms, F&B, engineering and guest services.
• Excellent leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends and market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FM and Workplace Experience teams, ensuring smooth operations and superior service delivery.
• Direct department heads to improve employee satisfaction and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, policies, and operating plans with a focus on financial performance.
• Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, vendor management, and space planning.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop key managerial staff to sustain performance and growth.
• Partner with health, safety, and compliance teams to uphold standards and risk controls.
• Engage clients and stakeholders with proactive communication and delivery of exceptional service.
