You will collaborate with management and sales to sustain impeccable service standards, assist with guest relations, and contribute to a 5-star atendimento as part of a premier Orchard-area operation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Pleasant personality with professional grooming and composure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, confident in handling high-value clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience from admission to check-out.
• Support the Management and Sales team to maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and service standards.
• Handle guest concerns, special requests, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner.
• Support operational setup initiatives related to guest experience as required.
