Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer / Corporate Butler to deliver high standard hospitality and guest services within a premium corporate setting in Singapore.

You will welcome guests, assist VIPs, and coordinate arrivals with a focus on excellent service. Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, front desk, or concierge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and presentable when interacting with corporate guests and VIPs.
• Willing to support events and weekend standby when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests, visitors and VIPs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide personalised assistance and respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms or designated areas when required.
• Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to guests and meeting attendees.
• Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas and guest facilities are presentable and ready for use.
• Assist with meeting room preparation, including basic equipment and AV setup.
• Support corporate meetings, functions and events, including setup and teardown.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities and other internal teams on guest requirements.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and workplace etiquette.
• Perform other guest service and hospitality duties as assigned.
