Search Avenue Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a passionate Guest Relations Executive to deliver personalised hospitality and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Based at Orchard, you will welcome VIP guests, anticipate preferences, arrange bespoke experiences, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to maintain warm, proactive service throughout their journey.

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP, repeat, and extended-stay guests.
• Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate personalised arrangements to enhance their stay.
• Build strong rapport with guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience throughout their journey.
• Welcome arriving guests and provide professional assistance during check-in and throughout their stay.
• Maintain an active presence in guest-facing areas, offering assistance and responding proactively to requests.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalised service at all touchpoints.
• Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
• Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally while ensuring positive service recovery outcomes.
• Monitor and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate guest preferences, special occasions, and service requirements accurately.
• Support smooth execution of VIP arrivals, celebrations, and special arrangements.
• Foster strong relationships with returning guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support future personalised experiences.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that elevate guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience.
