Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa is seeking a dedicated Concierge to act as brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and meeting guest needs with charm, attentiveness and efficiency for a luxury five-star experience.

With at least 2 years in concierge or related roles, you will maintain logs, assist with luggage, provide local advice on dining and attractions in Singapore, ensure a warm welcome, and uphold Sofitel’s grooming standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or related guest service roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador for Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and deliver personalised guest service.
• Assist with luggage, manage errands and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Maintain logs and ensure smooth handovers; keep guests informed of hotel services and local attractions.
• Greet guests warmly, provide recommendations, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Adhere to Sofitel grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
