Job summary

Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa is seeking a dedicated Concierge to act as brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and meeting guest needs with charm, attentiveness and efficiency for a luxury five-star experience.

With at least 2 years in concierge or related roles, you will maintain logs, assist with luggage, provide local advice on dining and attractions in Singapore, ensure a warm welcome, and uphold Sofitel’s grooming standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or related guest service roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as brand ambassador for Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and deliver personalised guest service.
Assist with luggage, manage errands and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
Maintain logs and ensure smooth handovers; keep guests informed of hotel services and local attractions.
Greet guests warmly, provide recommendations, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Adhere to Sofitel grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
