• Polished, warm and discreet with excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and quick to learn new systems and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the client's dedicated point of contact throughout their journey.
• Greet clients by name, escort them, keep them comfortable and informed, and minimize waiting.
• Look after accompanying guests and arrange transport, parking or refreshments as needed.
• Handle requests promptly and discreetly, anticipate needs before they become issues, and follow any concern through until it is resolved.
• Coordinate session bookings, room and equipment readiness, and client flow.
