Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is recruiting for a Guest Services role at a globally recognised luxury hotel brand in Singapore. The position focuses on delivering personalised VIP service, managing guest relationships, and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to uphold premium standards and respond promptly to guest feedback, ensuring memorable experiences for both long-stay and repeat guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, front office, customer service or hospitality, with a strong guest-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback, complaints and sensitive situations professionally.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Create warm and memorable guest experiences by maintaining a strong presence in the lobby and public areas, handling enquiries and building lasting guest relationships.
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery professionally, resolving concerns promptly and coordinating effective follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
