Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Guest Experience Executive to join a luxury hotel team. You will greet VIPs, anticipate needs, and deliver personalised service to create memorable stays.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to maintain a warm, polished lobby and ensure guest satisfaction across international guests and repeat visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Executive Lounge, or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident, and naturally engaging personality.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine service mindset.
• Proactive, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Comfortable interacting with VIPs and international guests.
• A team player who enjoys going the extra mile.
