Job summary

Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the Front Office Manager in supervising Concierge, Bell, and Front Desk operations. You will ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, upscale hotel.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and at least 2 years as aDuty Manager in a comparable property. Experience with Opera Cloud, HotSoS, StayPlease is preferred, with emphasis on attention to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Hotel Duty Manager in an upscale or internationally branded hotel.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud, HotSoS, StayPlease is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Concierge, Bell, and Front Desk Reception.
• Attend to guests' requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and improve service efficiency of Bell, Front Desk, and Concierge.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare reports and daily logs for management.
• Induct and train new associates; identify training opportunities.
• Conduct audits to ensure quality standards.
• Identify training needs with Learning & Development.
