• Minimum four years’ experience in upscale hotel Concierge or Guest Services leadership.
• Ideally Les Clefs d’Or member or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Concierge and Bell Services teams to deliver prompt, professional service.
• Oversee lobby and front-of-house guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training in line with occupancy and VIP requirements.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Drive cost controls and promote hotel offerings and guest amenities.
