Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a proactive Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional service across concierge, ticketing and guest relations. You will resolve guest feedback, coordinate with multiple departments, and assist VIP and Suite guests using OPERA and related systems.

With at least 1 year in a similar role, you will uphold safety, efficiency, and a OneMBS culture while supporting daily operations and event promotions. Strong English and a team spirit are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
• Good guest relation and problem solving skills.
• Good planning and execution skills.
• Proficient in Property Management System and related systems.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English; another language is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Accomplish day-to-day operations and assist guests with local events and recommendations.
• Resolve guest feedback and complaints promptly, coordinating with managers as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and take responsibility to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and other departments for VIP guests.
• Handle check-in/check-out using OPERA and related systems, ensuring accurate folio data.
