Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a senior Front Office/Hotel Operations leader to oversee lobby and Front Desk operations, ensuring world-class guest experiences across all service touchpoints.

You will drive team leadership, grooming and safety standards, and collaborate with various departments to align with Forbes Travel Guide standards and our strategic goals. Strong English and multi-language skills are a plus, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years managing a Front Office department in a large upscale hotel.
• Excellent English and additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the lobby and Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction; respond to guest comments and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate Front Office sections: Front Office Room Controller, VIP Services, Front Office Account, Front Office Night Audit and Front Office Training.
• Lead and develop Front Office and Group Operations teams; monitor grooming and safety standards; conduct regular meetings and performance appraisals.
• Prepare monthly Hotel Performance Review; contribute to yearly budgeting and identify opportunities to maximize profitability through upselling, labor productivity and cost control.
