Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore invites applicants for a frontline Guest Relations role. You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and coordinate with the Arrival Hall team and AMG Ambassadors to ensure a smooth arrival or departure experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N Level.
• Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management is an advantage.
• Experience minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Prior hospitality or tourism experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome or fond farewell.
• Provide luggage assistance at Arrival Hall or curbside.
• Coordinate with Hotel Operations and ground AMG Ambassadors for seamless arrivals/departures.
• Promote services aligned with guest preferences and manage task assignments from the Command Centre.
• Attend daily briefings to receive updates and property information.
