Job summary

Lulu’s Lounge in Singapore invites energetic hospitality professionals to join its premium lounge team as a Lounge Server. You will deliver attentive floor service to guests and support seamless operations.

Key duties include supervising front-of-house and bar teams, coordinating reservations, handling guest feedback, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards.

We offer salary SGD 2,800–3,200, service incentives, staff meals, and clear career progression in a refined, guest-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables and provide direct floor service to guests as the primary responsibility, ensuring timely, attentive, and professional service.
• Supervise front-of-house and bar teams to maintain service standards, grooming, punctuality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
• Coordinate reservations, table allocations, guest requests, events, and interdepartmental communication.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, service recovery, and escalations professionally within authorised limits.
• Support stock control, cash handling procedures, sales reporting, staff briefings, and daily operational checklists.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety rules.
