Job summary

Lulu's Lounge at Southbridge Road in Singapore is seeking a Junior Bartender to join a fast-paced, modern supper club. You will learn and execute the cocktail programme, assist senior bartenders, and deliver attentive guest service in a glamorous 1930s Shanghai-inspired setting.

This role offers on-the-job training, skills development, and career progression within a dynamic team, with evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn bartending techniques, beverage knowledge, and standard recipes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous food and beverage or bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support senior bartenders with drink preparation and daily bar operations.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests.
