• Experience in F&B operations or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor stock, wastage, equipment, and general operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and licensing requirements.
• Assist the Manager with reports, events, promotions, and other operational matters.
• Report operational issues and provide feedback to Management.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.

Lulu’s Lounge is looking for a confident, highly motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support and guide the team, and ensure smooth service while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, guide, and support team members during operations.
• Maintain Company standards for service, cleanliness, grooming, and guest experience.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor stock, wastage, equipment, and general operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, food safety, workplace safety, and licensing requirements.
• Assist the Manager with reports, events, promotions, and other operational matters.
• Report operational issues and provide feedback or recommendations to Management.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B operations, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and support team members effectively.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of service standards, food hygiene, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and professional, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, lounges, hotels or nightlife is preferred.
