Job description

Responsibilities

• To transport materials to and from any location within mainland Singapore and its other islands as and when required and/or instructed;
• To carry out lifting and other general works with the lorry crane as instructed;
• To carry out routine maintenance of vehicle and machine assigned and to ensure the crane machine are in good working condition at all times and maintain cleanliness of vehicle including cabin;
• To report to immediate supervisor on all matters relating to the operation or needed maintenance including any vehicle and machine faulty or repair required;
• Checking of the load chart to ensure that the crane has sufficient net lifting capacity for every lift;
• Review of the planned operation and requirements with the lifting supervisor;
• To report on any traffic accidents or incidents if involved and any other damage or near miss to utility services or private property;
• To ensure that the vehicle and machine are properly shut down and secured when it is unattended;
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time; and
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
