Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Full Time Logistics Coordinator in Singapore. The role requires coordinating cargo movements, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining operation records.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Applicants should have at least 2 years of logistics coordination experience, and be familiar with WMS and TMS systems, as well as permit declarations for imports and exports.

Qualifications

• O level or diploma in logistics / business admin.
• Minimum 2 years of logistic coordinator experience.
• WMS knowledge and permit declarations for import/export.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for movement of warehouse cargo.
• Prepare shipping documents and process orders.
• Create and maintain reports and files for operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
• Update WMS and TMS on cargo status.
• Liaise with customers regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Support Kaizen, Lean and other ad-hoc projects.
• Handle other ad-hoc/administrative duties.
