Job summary

E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import/export permit declarations, prepare essential logistics documents, and field inquiries by email and phone. You will coordinate with customers and transporters for local deliveries and assist in shipping bookings. Training is provided for candidates with no experience.

The role involves handling complaints and performing ad-hoc duties as required in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• O' level or higher with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Training provided for candidates with NO experience (ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain).

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export permit declarations.
• Prepare simple logistics documents.
• Attending to email enquiries & calls.
• Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
• Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
• Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any).
• Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request.
