Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Full-Time Logistics Coordinator in Boon Lay, Singapore. Salary is up to SGD 3,100 basic, with work hours 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday; OT may be required during month-end and peak periods.

The role requires 2+ years of logistics experience, WMS proficiency, and knowledge of import/export declarations. Responsibilities include documentation, shipping, records, and customer liaison.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Logistics Coordinator experience (Must Have).
• Experience with WMS (Must have).
• Knowledge of Import & Export permit declarations is important (Must Have).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for warehouse cargo movements
• Prepare shipping documents and process orders
• Maintain operational records, reports, correspondence and expense files
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure cargo is ready for delivery
• Update cargo status in WMS / TMS
• Liaise with customers regarding shipments and deliveries
• Assist with Kaizen, Lean, process improvement and other company projects
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties
