Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to handle customer inquiries, prepare shipping documents, monitor shipments, and coordinate with forwarders and internal teams. The role includes ensuring SOP compliance and managing billing tasks. Training on in-house software will be provided.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shipping/logistics experience, strong communication skills, and meticulous, organized work habits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email timely.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, invoices).
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoices and billing documents on time.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders and internal teams on the arrangements.
• Ensure operations comply with company SOPs.
• Performing other tasks related to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
• Training on in-house software will be provided.
