Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a logistics coordinator to handle shipment inquiries, process freight documents, and coordinate with customers and overseas agents. You will ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with customs regulations while supporting operations across air and sea freight.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in freight/logistics, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and customer service. On-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations preferred.
• Solid understanding of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and air/sea freight processes.
• Strong communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, ETA, and charges.
• Identify customer needs through targeted conversations.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to customers and overseas agents.
• Liaise with customers and agents on shipping activities and documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation to comply with customs and trade requirements.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Follow policies and procedures; handle ad-hoc duties as required.
