Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics, shipment coordination, customer service and warehouse activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, monitor deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records while working with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This full-time role offers exposure to end-to-end logistics processes and requires strong communication, attention

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or import/export.
• Experience in shipment coordination and shipping documentation is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to coordinate with multiple parties and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with 3PL/contract logistics experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping, import/export and related logistics documents.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors and customers.
• Work with warehouse and operations teams to plan daily activities.
• Ensure KPIs and service standards are met.
• Handle invoicing after shipments are completed.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings.
• Maintain housekeeping and a safe working environment.
