Job summary

Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics, shipment coordination, customer service and warehouse activities in Singapore. The role requires coordinating shipments, preparing shipping/import/export documents, and liaising with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, shipping or import/export is advantageous.
• Experience in shipment coordination and shipping documentation preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to coordinate with multiple parties and manage deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• 3PL/contract logistics experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping, import/export and other relevant logistics documentation.
• Handle invoicing once shipments are completed/closed.
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors and customers.
• Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies when required.
• Ensure operational activities meet the required KPIs and service standards.
• Liaise with Finance and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Follow company SOPs, policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
