Job summary

TempServ Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Shipping Coordinator to manage shipping documentation, system transactions, permits, and daily delivery schedules. You will coordinate with delivery teams and forwarders for all shipments, including export activities, and ensure timely deliveries to internal customers.

You will liaise with forwarders for collection, maintain proper filing and billing updates, and handle discrepancies or urgent shipments.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration and Logistics or related field.
• Good communication and co-ordination skill
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manages shipping documentation, system transactions, permits, daily delivery schedules
• Coordinate with delivery and forwarder for all shipments including export activities
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Liaise with forwarders for collection and ensure documents are in proper order
• Handles discrepancies, trade net issues, physical count adjustments, and urgent shipments
• Ensure proper filing and billing updates
