Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory, and shipping coordination in Singapore. You will ensure accurate stock, safe handling, and timely deliveries to customers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field with 2–4 years of experience, and familiarity with SAP/WMS/ERP systems. Operating a Lift Truck and a Class 3 driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Logistics or related field required.
• 2-4 years experience in warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS or ERP systems.
• Able to operate a Lift Truck and hold Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventories.
• Organize warehouse layout for space efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Prepare shipping documents including packing lists and delivery notes.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and paperwork.
