Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Logistics Operations professional in Singapore to support order processing and OSH compliance. You will handle customer order verifications, follow-ups, and coordinate with planners and ship operators to ensure timely delivery.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Working days are Monday to Friday with 8:30am to 5:00pm, location Penjuru.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Logistics Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Committed to preventing injuries and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Support the OSH program and ensure daily compliance with safe work methods and regulations.
• Responsible for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow up with customer orders).
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for status of supply schedule / vessel loading.
• Collaborate with the planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
• Tally total orders received at end of day to ensure none are missed.
• Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery.
• Close job orders for billing once job is completed.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives.
• Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers through open communication and trust.
