The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics/Order Administrator to process sales and purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics and to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery coordination in Singapore.

You will liaise with suppliers, manage stock movements, and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to maintain smooth daily operations. Diploma holders with customer service/logistics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, logistics coordination, order fulfillment, or administrative support will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Process and generate Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring all billing records are complete and accurate.
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor customer deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Verify and attach all required supporting documents prior to dispatch.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Manage and record stock-in and stock-out transactions accurately within the system.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organized filing systems and accurate documentation of customer orders and delivery records.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
