Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prevent injuries and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Support the OSH program and follow safe work methods and regulations.
• Process orders: verification, follow-up with customers.
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up on missing information.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for supply schedule and vessel loading.
• Collaborate with planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
• Tally daily orders to ensure none are missed; forward delivery orders as proof of delivery.
• Close job orders for billing after completion.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain open, transparent communication to foster long-term customer relationships.
