The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics operations professional to support order processing, coordination, and customer service on a Monday to Friday schedule at our Penjuru location in Singapore.

You will ensure safe operating practices, manage order verifications, and collaborate with planners to maintain timely supply and accurate billing. Strong MS Office skills are essential for daily tasks.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ experience in Logistic Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Committed to preventing injuries and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Support OSH program and ensure daily routine aligns with safety regulations.
• Coordinate order processing, verifications, and follow-up with customers.
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up on incomplete information.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for supply schedule/status.
• Collaborate with Planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
• Tally daily orders to ensure none are missed.
• Ensure delivery orders are received and forwarded to customers as proof of delivery.
• Close job orders for billing upon completion.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers through open communication.
