Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Committed to preventing injuries and maintaining a safe, healthy environment.
• Support the OSH program and follow safe work methods and regulations.
• Process orders: verifications and follow-up with customers’ orders.
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow up on incomplete information or documents.
• Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators for schedule/status.
• Collaborate with planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
• Tally orders at day end to ensure none are missed.
• Ensure delivery orders are received and dispatched; provide proof of delivery.
• Close job orders for billing once completed.
• Handle customer complaints with solutions and alternatives.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers through open communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
