Zusammenfassung

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Operations professional to support order processing and ensure safe, efficient supply chain activities at Penjuru, Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with planners, carriers and customers, while maintaining quality service and accuracy in documentation. Working days are Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The position emphasizes health, safety, and customer-focused operations within a fast-paced logistics

Qualifikationen

2-3 years of experience in Logistics Operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Aufgaben

Commit to preventing injuries and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Support the OSH program and embed safety daily practices.
Handle order processing, verifications, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare orders for Planner and chase missing information.
Coordinate with booking agents/ship operators on supply status.
Collaborate with Planner to ensure timely supplies and coordination.
Tally orders at day end to ensure none are missed.
Ensure delivery orders are received and forwarded as proof of delivery.
Close job orders for billing when completed.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Maintain long-term customer relationships with open communication.
