The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable administrator to support sales, billing, and logistics in Singapore.

You will handle Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and invoicing processes, coordinating with suppliers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential. With a focus on customer service, you will maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to keep daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, logistics coordination, order fulfillment, or administrative support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and generate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Prepare and issue invoices with complete billing records.
• Liaise with suppliers to facilitate timely order processing and delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor customer deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
• Verify and attach required supporting documents prior to dispatch.
• Schedule deliveries with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Record stock-in and stock-out transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain organized filing and accurate documentation of orders and deliveries.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
