• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of import/export and shipment handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound and inventory activities.
• Prepare shipping and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs and other parties.
• Handle import/export shipments and sea freight arrangements.
• Process supplier and forwarder invoices.
• Support customer service and sales teams on shipment enquiries.
• Manage HS codes, MSDS and customs-related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle and facility maintenance when required.
