Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced logistics professional to coordinate shipments and documentation, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with import/export rules.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, using ERP/WMS and MS Office to maintain records, monitor schedules, and optimize logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of import and export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and process shipping and export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documents.
• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update shipment information in the ERP/WMS system.
• Work with internal departments to support operational requirements and improve logistics efficiency.
• Perform other logistics and supply chain duties as assigned by the superior.
