Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities.

You will work with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries. The role involves preparing shipping documents, managing inbound/outbound shipments, tracking schedules, updating ERP/WMS records, and collaborating with warehouse and internal teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, freight, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with WMS systems will be bonus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Track shipment progress and delivery schedules, proactively following up and resolving any logistics-related issues.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate order fulfilment, stock movement, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export regulations, customs requirements, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records and update relevant information in the ERP/WMS system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs and identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
• Handle other logistics and supply chain-related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
