in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics Admin to prepare and organize shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes) with accuracy and timeliness. You will verify documents for completeness, file and scan into internal systems, and respond promptly to emails and calls, coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in haulage, transport or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize shipping documents (invoices, orders, delivery notes).
• Verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
• File and scan documents into internal systems.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone calls regarding shipping inquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
