Job summary

ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare shipping documentation including export paperwork and to coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will liaise with forwarders for collection, respond to inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for customer feedback. A Diploma in Logistics Management (or equivalent) with 1–2 years shipping experience in manufacturing, plus MS Office proficiency, is desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills across all levels.
• Team player with drive, resourcefulness and initiative.
• Meticulous, well-organised and able to work in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to export activities.
• To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• To liaise with forwarders for collection.
• To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
• To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
