Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore to handle shipments, liaise with customers and overseas agents, and ensure compliant documentation.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, strong communication skills, and data-entry proficiency. Expect to manage incoterms, document dispatch, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and overseas agents effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries regarding shipments, vessel ETA and charges.
• Conduct targeted conversations with customers to identify needs.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents to customers and overseas agents.
• Liaise with customers and overseas agents on shipping activities and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation to comply with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
• Familiar with shipping incoterms.
• Perform data entry for freight services.
• Manage documentation for compliance operations and advisory on tariff/cost/quotation requirements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align business activities.
• Follow operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Take on ad-hoc duties as required.
