Job summary

DKSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Admin to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time, through accurate documentation and proactive coordination.

You will handle warehouse paperwork, update inventories, print picking lists and labels, and support daily warehouse administrative activities while collaborating with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry accurately.
• Experience leading 2–4 people.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using a WMS or SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process warehouse documents
• Update inventory and stock records accurately
• Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation
• Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle filing and maintain accurate records
• Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Support daily warehouse administrative activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
