Job summary

CHIN HON MOTOR & TRADING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics administrator to handle documentation, invoicing, and data entry, supporting sales and logistics teams.

You will prepare shipping papers, coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, and track orders to resolve delays. Strong MS Office skills and bilingual Mandarin/English are preferred. Collaborative, office-based role.

Qualifications

• O levels or above; experience in logistics or office administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Mandarin helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation: shipping papers, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations. LC shipments familiarity.
• Coordinate shipments: book cargo space with freight forwarders and transporters for local/international deliveries.
• Track orders: follow up with carriers and customers to monitor status and resolve delays.
• Perform general admin: data entry, filing, and support for sales/logistics teams.
