Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support day-to-day logistics, coordinate deliveries and shipments, and serve as the contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include preparing import/export shipping documents, maintaining stock accuracy, performing cycle counts, filing related records, and producing regular reports on warehouse utilization for management review.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Ability to prepare shipping documents for import/export.
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and records management.

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments.
• Serve as the contact point with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
• Assist customers and suppliers with inquiries via phone or email.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain and file related documentation on time and accurately (e.g., delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records).
• Plan and conduct periodic stock quantity cycle counts in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review.
• Ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.
• Perform other job-related functions as directed by supervision when necessary.
