Job description
KeyResponsibilities
  • Manage daily logistics for restaurant outlets, including inbound supplies, inter-store transfers, and last-mile delivery flow.
  • Oversee warehouse operations—receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch—while maintaining cold-chain and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners/aggregators (e.g., Grab, Deliveroo, Foodpanda) to improve delivery speed and service quality.
  • Optimize delivery routes, driver schedules, and transport costs.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure timely replenishment for all outlets.
  • Track logistics KPIs (delivery time, order accuracy, cost per drop) and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Cert / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B logistics, restaurant operations, or last-mile delivery.
