Job summary

Huawei International Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a proactive Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, local distribution, and escalation of operational issues to maintain a seamless supply chain.

You will drive inventory accuracy, manage RMA processes and export documentation, ensure QHSE compliance, monitor KPIs, and prepare detailed reports. A Diploma or logistics certification and at least 2 years' warehousing experience are required, with Mandarin proficiency

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities and local distribution, serving as the first level of escalation for operational issues to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Inventory & Quality: Maintain absolute inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock takes, and enforce strict 8S workplace organization and safety standards across the facility.
• RMA & Documentation: Manage the entire Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and prepare accurate documentation for export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Financial Administration: Process and verify all supplier payments accurately, ensuring invoices are settled in a timely manner per company policy.
• Compliance & QHSE: Ensure all logistics operations strictly adhere to company regulations and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) protocols. Conduct regular compliance checks, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Performance Management: Take full ownership of logistics KPIs. Monitor performance against targets, analyze operational data and activity indicators, and prepare detailed management reports with actionable insights.
• Ad-hoc Support: Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the reporting superior.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or relevant logistics certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related logistics, warehousing, or supply chain role.
• Cognitive Skills: A clear, systematic, and analytical thinker who is process-oriented and possesses a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Personal Attributes: Dynamic, self-disciplined, and highly motivated, yet flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
