GETO GLOBAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to assist in organizing delivery schedules, tracking materials, and maintaining accurate records on-site in Singapore.

The role requires Mandarin or Chinese language capability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided; fast-paced team environment with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

  • O'Level, high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Fresh grads with no experience welcome; on-the-job training provided; experience with inventory management or logistics software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in arranging delivery schedules for construction materials and equipment.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing materials to ensure timely arrival at site.
  • Verify delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Maintain proper records of site materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Track stock levels and notify the team when replenishment is required.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Prepare and update logistics records, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
  • Ensure proper filing of delivery notes, permits, and related paperwork.
  • Support compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Update daily/weekly material delivery and movement reports.
  • Provide logistics updates to project managers and site supervisors.
  • Assist in resolving logistics-related queries from site teams.
  • Handle logistics-related correspondence and calls.
  • Assist in preparing permit applications for material movement (if required).
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD or Site Manager.

Job Scope:


  • Material Coordination

    • Assist in arranging delivery schedules for construction materials and equipment.

  • Inventory & Stock Control

Job Requirement:
