Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre Singapore is seeking a capable Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, lead teams, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will drive KPI reviews, manage goods receiving, picking, and packing to support ecommerce and retail deliveries, and collaborate with external vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, a relevant diploma/degree, and strong leadership in cross-functional programs within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in logistics or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional program management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and shipping.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in coordination with Logistics Manager.
• Lead warehouse personnel across levels and cultures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and run cycle counts.
• Address customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Review KPI data to monitor weekly performance.
• Manage goods receiving, picking and packing per DO requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and vendors for Ecommerce and retail.
• Conduct monthly vendor performance reviews.

Job description

• Support the Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in the warehouses;
• Command a team of warehouse personnel at different levels and in a diversified cultural environment;
• Accountable for inventory accuracy and lead the cycle count and stock take programs;
• Responsible for addressing customer complaints and working on corrective and preventive actions against any customer complaints;
• Update and review KPI data from various platforms to measure weekly performance and processes;
• Lead the warehouse supervisor and warehouse team to perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received;
• Lead the warehouse supervisor and team to perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to the retail, home delivery to customers and other sales platforms.
• Manage delivery schedules and delivery vendors to support Ecommerce and Retail outlet requirements.
• Manage monthly reviews with key delivery vendors.
• Involved in Workplace Health & Safety Program.
• Facilitate Material Handling Equipment maintenance & Repairs, Warehouse / Delivery Vendors' payment.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse;
• Work on any Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), review procedures or any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by the management.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Warehouse Management.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics Operations.
• Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution, inventory management, and shipping, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in cross‑functional program management and managing external 3rd parties.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, G Suite, and Graphics Editing Tools.
