Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate shipments across sea, air and land, negotiate rates, and maintain carrier performance. You will track end-to-end movement, resolve delays, and ensure regulatory compliance with Incoterms 2020.

The role also involves coordinating with internal sales affiliates, managing orders, and providing timely status reports while supporting ad-hoc logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of freight, logistics coordination or trade operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines and carriers across sea, air and land.
• Negotiate freight rates and service terms, and benchmark rates to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
• Evaluate and select carriers based on cost, transit time, reliability and compliance, and maintain the approved carrier list.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements and Incoterms.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage and resolve cargo claims.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for internal sales affiliates, managing order intake and fulfilment coordination.
• Monitor sales orders and purchase orders across affiliates, identify demand patterns and flag potential supply constraints.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress and outstanding issues.
• Work closely with affiliates to manage order processing and resolve PO discrepancies accurately and promptly.
• Support other logistics, trade operations and ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.

• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.

• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One experience is an advantage.
