Job summary

SW Logistics in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to supervise daily shipping operations, plan consolidation for overseas shipments, and coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams. You will manage documentation, permits, and origin certificates, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols.

The role requires 2–3 years in freight forwarding or freight consolidation, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.
• 2-3 years of freight forwarding or freight consolidation experience preferred.

• Immediate availability and Singaporean citizenship advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure timely transportation of goods.
• Plan and manage consolidation boxes for overseas shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries and pickups with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and oversee accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Permits, and Certificates of Origin.
• Handle and declare import/export permits; ensure compliance with regulations and company protocols.
• Liaise with customers, co-loaders, and overseas agents for shipment arrangements and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with shipping vendors, carriers, and hauliers.
• Monitor shipments, billing, and documentation in systems; ensure accuracy and updates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve shipping, transportation, or documentation issues to maintain service standards.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For
