You will coordinate shipments, negotiate freight terms, monitor orders across affiliates, and ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020 while liaising with partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.
• Experience with marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.

Aboutthe Role

We arelooking for a proactive and dependable individual to manage end-to-endlogistics operations and internal supply-demand coordination. The idealcandidate is someone who builds strong working relationships with business partnersand takes ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role that sits at theintersection of operations and commercial coordination, requiring both accuracyin execution and responsiveness under time-sensitive conditions.

KeyResponsibilities

Logistics— Shipment Booking & Freight Management

• Book and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers across sea, air, and land modes


• Negotiate freight rates and service terms; regularly benchmark against market to ensure cost competitiveness


• Track shipments end-to-end and resolve delays, discrepancies, or any issues with a sense of urgency


• Lead the carrier selection process by evaluating carriers against defined criteria covering cost, transit time, reliability, and compliance; maintain an approved carrier list and review it periodically


• Ensure full compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms


• Coordinate with relevant parties to follow up and resolve complex cargo claims

InternalSales Coordination — Affiliate Management

• Serve as the operational point of contact for internal sales affiliates, managing order intake and fulfilment coordination


• Monitor sales orders and purchase orders across affiliates; identify demand patterns and flag supply constraints proactively


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records; prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress, and any open issues for internal stakeholders


• Work closely with affiliates to navigate order processing workflows and ensure PO discrepancies are identified and resolved accurately and on time


• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.


• 5-8 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.


• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.


• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system would be an added advantage.


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.


• Able to travel occasionally for overseas business trips.
