Job summary

AJINOMOTO (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive supply chain professional to manage international operations, logistics and insurance claim processes.

You will liaise with suppliers and customers, coordinate with factories and customers on order fulfilment, and handle freight negotiations and bookings.

The role requires a diploma in logistics or related field, 3–5 years' experience, knowledge of marine cargo insurance, Incoterms 2020, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in freight, logistics or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel for business trips occasionally.

Responsibilities
